As President of Medical Services and Equipment, Paul DiFrancesco is responsible for managing the financial performance of the business, championing a culture of growth and innovation, and enhancing the operational infrastructure in order to achieve PMSI's leadership position in the Medical Services and Equipment business.

A respected, well-known insurance executive, Paul has over 30 years of experience in the workers' compensation and property and casualty markets. His extensive experience includes organization strategy, finance, operations and claims settlements.

Paul's prior experience includes serving as President and Chief Executive Officer for AutoOne Insurance, a specialty auto insurance company owned by OneBeacon; Executive Vice President ' Product and New Business Development for ACE-Ina Holdings; Vice President of St. Paul Travelers specialty auto company; Senior Vice President – Product Management at Bankers Insurance; and Senior Vice President of Insurance Operations at Riscorp, Inc.

Paul has a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from the University of Hartford and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Fordham University.
