As Chief Sales Officer, Pat Chavanu is responsible for directing all sales efforts for PMSI, including leading account management, driving market leadership and competitive advantage, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Pat is a highly regarded executive in the industry with proven experience directing sales and account-retention efforts and positioning companies for profitable market expansion. He has extensive experience in the insurance and managed care industries with specific expertise in recruiting, training and strengthening sales and account management teams; creating detailed sales strategies in alignment with corporate objectives; improving product profitability; and leading high-performance sales teams.

Pat’s prior experience includes serving as Vice President, Sales and Account Management at Intracorp, a division of CIGNA Insurance Company; Vice President, Southwest Region, GENEX Services; and Claims Specialists at Cincinnati Insurance Companies and Allied Group Insurance.

Pat has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska.
