As the Vice President of Legal Affairs and General Counsel, John Bencivenga is responsible for all legal matters impacting PMSI and its business entities. John’s focus is on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts as well as working with internal departmental clients and outside counsel on various transactional and counseling matters. He has over 12 years of extensive experience in labor and employment law, contract negotiations, government regulations, vendor contracting, real estate matters and corporate compliance issues.

John’s prior experience includes serving at the firm of Thompson, Sizemore and Gonzalez, P.A. and as the Director of Legal Affairs and Counsel for PharMerica, Inc. (company that bought PMSI).

John has a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and is an honors graduate of Florida State University College of Law.
