As Vice President of Human Resources, Betsy Irizarry is responsible for the company’s greatest asset: our approximately 600 associates. Betsy ensures that our human resource practices enable PMSI to recruit and retain the best and brightest talent to serve our clients. She is a bilingual human resources professional with over 17 years of experience in training and organizational development, employee relations, recruitment and compensation, as well as exemplary leadership, strong project management and communication skills.

Betsy’s prior experience includes serving with PMSI as a Senior Training Specialist, and through her accomplishments, receiving various promotions within the company leading to her current executive position.

Betsy has a Bachelors degree from the University of Puerto Rico and a Masters of Business Administration from Tampa College, graduating summa cum laude.
