Personalized service and one-on-one account management
We provide each client with dedicated account management and ongoing business analytics and client-specific reporting for optimal program performance visibility. From day one, our clients are assigned an industry-experienced, designated, client-focused account management team—to provide stability, accountability and outstanding individualized, world-class, end-to-end customer service to help our clients get the most from partnering with PMSI. Each client receives access to a dedicated toll-free line connecting to a full staff of dedicated professionals providing 24/7 customer support 365 days a year.
Each client is assigned a dedicated national account director, who will serve as the primary point of contact and program manager. In addition to monthly reporting, the national account director provides quarterly and annual stewardship meetings to review results, evaluate program goals and objectives, discuss strategic initiatives and ensure that programs are in line with client needs. The national account director also ensures training and education needs are met. Training is a key value-add benefit for PMSI’s clients and is provided at any site(s) at no additional cost and with no limit on number of days. In addition to a dedicated national account director and executive sponsor, the specialized team serving our clients includes business analysts, clinical pharmacists, registered pharmacists, certified pharmacy technicians, local field representatives and nurses with experience in workers’ compensation.
Client care coordinators and Help Desk associates are available 24/7, providing referral entry, status checks, equipment pick-up, case record updates, price quotes, product information, and any other areas of service required.
Clinical pharmacist liaisons (CPLs) are assigned to specific clients and partner with national account directors and managers to provide client support, including:
- Drug utilization trends/analysis/consultation
- Preparation and attendance at annual stewardship and quarterly business reviews
- Clinical solutions consultation and reporting
- Partnership with client’s clinical team
- Education and training
This value-added service from PMSI provides our clients with a better understanding of pharmacy cost drivers, leading to more effective solutions and increased effectiveness of clinical initiatives via integration with PMSI clinical programs.
