Nursing and Home Health Services

Just one call to PMSI’s Nursing and Home Health program coordinates all in-home healthcare needs, including specialty nursing, aides and therapists. PMSI’s professionals coordinate injured workers’ special discharge situations—such as post-surgical wound care and catastrophic injuries—in addition to case logistics and unexpected therapeutic needs. Services are coordinated with national, regional, and local providers and communications are managed between the in-home provider agencies, physicians and case workers. PMSI continuously monitors injured individuals’ progress and use of services.

Each referral receives an initial evaluation by a registered nurse in order to establish a baseline of treatment and ensure that each injured individual receives the proper care. Additionally, PMSI follows up with all involved parties to confirm that services were rendered—allowing our clients to focus on other important tasks.
