VitalPoint is a secure platform, accessed through a single sign-on, used by claims professionals to manage pharmacy, medical services and equipment, and settlement-related transactions. It provides information about each injured worker’s case and transaction history, an easy way to review and approve pharmacy, durable medical equipment and other service requests and detailed reporting from the initial point of care until the claim is closed.
